“The Cellar” had their Annual Christmas Party at the Park Hotel in Suffolk Park. A good time was had by all!

We would like to thank the suppliers that kindly donated stock for the party, it was appreciated.

Saturday night we held our first Brochure Tasting Night at Why Not restaurant in Byron Bay.

Attendees:
Darren, Tara, Ben, Liette, Tim, Ron, Ian, Deseree and Michael

We tried 50 wines (a big task) and came up with 2 favorites per person that have a good chance of going into our August Catalogue.

Some of the favorites on the night were:

Sandalford MR Shiraz
Mt Fishtail NZ Sauv Blanc
Richmond Grove Limited Release Coonawarra Cab Sauv
Leylines Shiraz
Mojo Sauvignon Blanc
etc.

The Cellar to Suppliers

The name change to “The Cellar” will involve a new logo (that may be accessed from the “Downloads” section of our website www.thecellar.com.au). We will continue the existing brochure format, but with new reduced costings (see below). We will be airing new television adverts both corporate and retail (costings below) also we will have new full page/full colour newspaper advertisements in our local newspapers. All stores will be resigned/rebadged with our new logo and we hope that these changes will be received enthusiastically by both suppliers and customers alike.

For a 30 day credit card account at “The Cellar” for the supply of liquor products.
Credit cards accepted - Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard

Strictly 30 day accounts
At the end of each month the full balance will be debited from your nominated Credit Card.
Account immediately suspended if full balance not paid.
If credit limit is reached no purchases are allowed until full balance is paid.
Free Delivery to Ballina and Byron Bay Townships (at 5pm if order placed by email before midday, mon-thur)
Delivery outside area to be arranged by applicant
Accounts may be closed at any time at our discretion
No “split case” fee
